About This Chapter
Mr. Luo, the founder of the auto-tech company, arrives at the house of Mr. Lin, the patriarch of the family. He asks why the girl he brought to the doctor's office was not treated by the man who brought her there. The young man answers that the girl was treated by a man named "Tang ran" , and that he is the driver of the car that she is riding in. He tells the young man that he does not want her to get into the car because he is worried about her safety. He says that he would never have agreed to her getting into the same car as him if he were not worried about the safety of the girl. He also says that they will change the car once they get to the side road. He then says that if it were not for his concern about the girl's safety, he would not have allowed her to ride in the car with him. He adds that he was once a kind man, but that now he feels that his judgment is inaccurate. They leave the house. Mr. Ling, the young master of the black car, leans down and asks Mr. Lan to tap something on the door to confirm that he has something he wants to confirm with him
