The next day in the lab, the boss doesn't sleep at all. He just goes to the back room and lies down. He's worried about what's going on with his ex-girlfriend. He tells everyone to ask him if he's just dumped his girlfriend. He also tells them to ask if he has put down his guard yet. He says that if he really wanted to kidnap her, he wouldn't have realized the danger before. The next chapter, we find out that the genie in the previous chapter has set up all sorts of devices at the house, including a tracking device that the uncle can use to call for help if he needs it. The uncle asks about his daughter's feelings, and she asks if he can tell her a secret and ask her a few questions. She wants to know if she still wants to chase the boss.
