In this chapter, we are introduced to a new character named "Tang ran" , who is the girlfriend of Luo Zhan, a student at the University of Pennsylvania. She is also known as "the girlfriend of the most handsome guy" . She has been in love with Luo since they were both students at the university, and she and Luo have been married for a year and a half now. We learn that she is the one who has been harassing Luo, sending him food, and even going to the university canteen to pay for his food. We also learn that the whole university is aware of the situation.
