In this chapter, we learn that the young man is named Luo, and that he is engaged to be married to the daughter of a member of the Luo family. The young man asks the girl if she is willing to marry him, and the girl replies that she would like to be with him forever and always. After Luo finishes speaking, he holds the girl's hand, and pulls her away from the crowd. A few seconds later, the crowd surrounds the young couple and blocks their path. The old lady tries to stop them, but they are blocked by the crowd and the old lady walks over to them. She tells them that if they want to destroy the family, they must pay the price.
