In this short scene, Agamemnon tries to persuade Nestor to lend him his sword. Nestor refuses, saying that he has to avenge his father's death and stab him in the heart. He tells Nestor that he will not die before the wedding of his daughter. Nestor says that he does not want to die in the service of royalty, but he does want to serve the rightful king. Nestor asks Nestor if he is implying that he is a lower caliber man than his mother. Nestor replies that his mother was a freed person before the snake king, and that pars was a freed person before King kay-khusraw. Nestor tells Nestor to stay out of the way, and Nestor tells him that they are making their way to the pesha war
