The next morning, Bertram tries to apologize to Constance for the fight that took place the day before. He tells her that he's sorry about what happened, and asks her to forgive him for his behavior. She's all, "Sure, I'll forgive you, too." But she's not so sure about what's going on. She asks if he feels bad about what he did, and he says he doesn't. He's just trying to make up for something he did the other day.
