In this short scene, we are introduced to a new character named "mikasa" , who is an office worker at a large survey company. She is very excited to be invited to a dinner party, but she is also very upset about the fact that the dinner party is being held at a time when she is already late for work. She tells the other office workers to hurry up and get ready because she is going to be late. She also tells them that she has a special ability to tie neckties, which makes her think that she can do something that no one else can do. She then goes on to tell the other employees that they should hurry up because she will be late and that they will have to wait all night for dinner.
