He also tells her not to worry about her health because she will be fine. Ming-Ying tells him to go get some sleep. She tells him that the imperial doctor told her that she was too weak to cope with the cold wind. He asks her why she has come to show off her beauty to the emperor. She says that her beauty is even better than that of her mother. He says that he used to look forward to the full moon with his mother, but now that his mother is near death, he can't see her anymore. He thinks that the emperor doesn't get it.
