It's been three days since they left the house, and they're only two days away from getting back in the carriage. jinye thanks him for all his kind words, but he's still weak, so he tells her to sit down and wait for the medicine to start working again. If something doesn't work, she'll never be able to get back to her old self again. He leaves her in his care, though, because the rest of her medicine is in the package that he gave her in the house. He's surprised to find that she accidentally left the medicine on the bed, because she knows that it's important for Dong to have it on hand, and she wanted to make sure that he didn't forget it. She's also worried that someone will need to get it back, since it was on her bed that she gave it to him.
