The police finally arrive at the scene of the crime and arrest the Urik gang and the bone-cutters. The police officer is shocked to learn that he is an undercover police officer. He tells the story of how he went to the scene to arrest the criminals. He explains that he went as a driver so that he would be able to approach the criminals and bring them to justice. He also explains that the woman he killed was a reporter and his fiancee pleaded guilty to the charges against them. This is a "payback for the gunshot" and the police officer says that he will not forgive the man who killed her. He says that the "bone-cutting monastery" has "influence over the whole world" and that they will meet again. He promises to arrest them all in one swoop.
