Will and Gerke, the brothers in the diary, are shocked to learn that they have been caught in the act of killing the mayor. The mayor is dead, and the brothers are angry that he treats them as if they were nothing more than the people who lived in the town decades ago. The brothers are afraid that they will lose all of their memories of the time they spent in prison. The two brothers fall into a coma and are sent to the grave, where they are buried. The cemetery is full of anger and panic, but no one responds to the brothers' cries for help. As the rain gets heavier and heavier and their vision begins to blur, they realize that the game is over.
