In this chapter, we are introduced to a number of characters who have been introduced in the previous chapters. The first of these characters, named "Kiwi," is a young man who has just arrived at a hotel in New York City. He is a member of a group of young men who have come to celebrate the arrival of "Big Brother." The group consists of the following members: "The Big Brother," "The Little Brother," and "The Boy." The Big Brother and the Little Brother are described as "two brody twin brothers" who are " inseparable an 'shit." The "little brother" is described as being "so much cuter" than the "big brother." When the "little twin" asks why they are at the hotel, "the little twin" tells him that he has come to "throw a party for big brother." The party is to be a celebration of the fact that "big bro" is now living with his "own crib." The little twin, nicknamed "the boy," tells the group that the party is being held to celebrate "the fact that big bro" has returned to the city. When the little twin asks why he is at the party, the boy replies that he wants to remind him why he came to the hotel in the first place. The boy tells the boy that he must remind him of the reason for his return to New York.
