A half-hour later, the doctor explains that the strange disease is caused by children training to be soldiers. He says that if the children meet their families at the battlefield, they will not be able to kill them, and that the other side will try to control them. He tells the captain to go back to his family's farm, where he can make pills to treat the disease. The captain agrees to stay with him, and the doctor tells him to grab his sister by the throat and tell her to get out of the way. The doctor says that Ming and xixixiang only taught that women love "gentle and considerate men," and that if a man is attracted to a woman who does not treat him well, he will beat her back. He then tells the doctor to stop biting him, or he will bite the captain. The Captain is shocked, and he wakes up to find that something is biting him.
