He begs the captain to let him go now, and promises to stay close to him no matter what he sees or knows. He says that they have a deep relationship, and he can go a bit deeper if he wants. He promises that whatever he sees and knows, he will be calm, and won't let the captain leave. He wants to know why the captain's father died in prison. The reason, he says, is that his father was imprisoned by the zheng department, which deals with the internal affairs of the government. The department was built by his father to reform the inner government and make the government stable and reform itself. It's not just for imperial affairs, though, because it's actually dedicated to the pursuit of a "treasure" .
