She also tells him to wash his hands after eating, and to do his homework after eating. She says that she thought she could get a job after going to college, and then she would be an adult. She gives him a text message saying that the client doesn't want to have the child anymore, and they can't pay for the fees. The number she has dial is unavailable, so she calls a big hospital instead. She decides to try the "trick" of using the chicken bone needle.
