In this short scene, we are introduced to a new character named "Qiao Yu" , who is a childhood friend of Ming's and Song's. We learn that Ming and Song are lovers and that they have been together since childhood. We also learn that the two of them have a mutual childhood friend named "Shuyang" . Shuyang is a young man who has fallen in love with Song, and he and Ming have been hanging out with each other ever since. When Shuyang finds out that Ming has been having an affair with a young woman named "Guang Mingyue," he is very upset. He tells Shuyang that he will never be the same person after his rebirth.
