In this short scene, we learn that we're not the only ones who've fallen in love with the new guy. We also learn that he's the only one who's actually gone mad. He's laughing so hard that he can't even remember what he was doing. We're guessing that's because he was wearing a hat the whole time. In other words, he was laughing like a banshee. We learn that the guy's name is "Patagonia" and that his hair is growing so fast that it's going to take a while for it to grow fast enough to grow like a real human hair . So, we guess we'll have to wait until the next time we see him before we find out who he really is.
