In this chapter, we learn that Zhuang's life has not suffered because of him, and that he deserves happiness. Zhuang wonders why he didn't die that night, and wonders where he is going. He adopts a child because he can't handle the loneliness, and the child mistook him for love, but it was not out of his love but selfishness, and he must not let this happen again. He says he'll meet the qiqi if he goes to work, but he's exhausted and cannot go home. He's sure they can figure out a way to get back together.
