Two weeks later, in Chapter 13 , Isabella and David are still hanging out with the corpse. They're not sure what to do with it, but they decide to go out to dinner and then have some fun together once they're back. Isabella tells David that he just spent a ton of money on dinner with his two best friends, and she suggests that they go to dinner at a place called Vivian's.
