In this short scene, the two young men converse in a familiar voice. The narrator tells the two that they are exactly the same, and that he has no time for them right now. He tells them that he hopes to see them again soon, and they look forward to the day when they will meet again. He then tells the story of how chaoxi was poisoned by himself, and the narrator explains that such poisonous gas is like the "ringing bell of hell" to a person. He also tells the tale of how zhoucheng, who was supposed to detain chaoxi for twenty minutes, was taken hostage and gassed. He asks the young men to hurry up and rescue chaoxi, but they refuse, saying that they do not want to "let go of fu" .
