The ghost is still in the city, but he's not going to let it go. He's got big guts, he says, and he'll let the ghost say his final words before he launches a big attack. The ghost says that if they attack him, the host of the city will die, but if they hit him, he won't. He says that he killed all of his weak underlings, and now he wants to enjoy the last part of the game. He tells the ghost that he'd rather die than lose to a "bastard" like the ghost. He calls the ghost a bastard, and says that the ghost and the Host are just fighting because they're afraid of what the other guy will do if they get into a fight. The Ghost says that they've got to hurry, because there's information that an attack took place in the 27th district. He wants to see what the Host can do.
