It's a beautiful day, and Rinehart is getting busy. He's not allowed to go anywhere, and he's worried about what he'll do if he doesn't get to go home. He tells her that he has submitted her application to join the Silver Wing Alliance, and she's happy to oblige. Rinahart says that she'll have nothing to do with her fiance once she joins the alliance. She's so happy that she can't believe that he even wants her to join an alliance that's supposed to review his applications. She thinks that he must have gotten mad at her for trying to get him to sign up for the alliance, and that she must have been mad at him for not being able to do so. She tells him that she actually likes him, but that he is a "tough nut" . She asks him if he'd like to play cards with her, and when he says no, she leaves.
