The next morning, the Governess goes to the house of Aoba Kun's mother to tell her that she's going to meet with Aoba's mom. She's worried that Aoba and his mom aren't going to be able to get along, and she wants to make sure that they're able to reconcile. The Governess says that she can't go to the listening house, but she'll go anyway. She wants to know what's been going on at school, and if Aoba will be okay to come along. She also wants to ask if she can talk to Aoba about her son, since Aoba has broken his mother's rule not to bring up his own son. A lot of people think that this is a bad idea, and Aoba says that he'll be there to help.
