About This Chapter
This chapter's epigraph is from the poem "Sura th . . the Goddess of Kindness and Evil God" . It's a quote from the play's opening soliloquy, in which the narrator laments that he forgot to mention the evil and kindness of the gods earlier in the play. He feels that the evil god and the goddess are the law-enforcement officers of the God realm, and that they could actually stop the Golden Dragon King's attack. He's happy that they're here now, because it looks like hell has finally come to an end. He also feels that they need their help since they've left. He compares the two gods to motel whoosh and san whoosh , and says that they look the same, but the power of their auras is so weak that he's going to rip them apart. They look hideous, he says, and they look like the previous god kings. He says that the golden dragon is still acting foolishly, because he inherited the strength of the dragon god, not the wisdom of the god. This is the last time he'll see the daylight, and he asks the goddess to lend him his power. They gather and create a skill that can combine all the powers of five great gods into one powerful sword. They call it the judgment sword, and it's the same sword that the five god kings used to fight against the dragon back in the day. They didn't have the full power, but they still have their original bodies in their hands. The golden dragon king can't use this sword, but he can still kill him.
