The voice of Asura, the god of destruction, is heard in the divine realm. He tells the citizens of the god realm to gather in the committee chamber to discuss the impending catastrophe. He warns that anyone who violates the order will be punished by the god. Asura says that if he had known that this would come, he would not have helped to destroy the first place. He says that he should have used his thunder to stop the storm, but that now it is even more difficult. He reminds the citizens that he will always be with them in any disaster.
