Inference Notes - The Extra Chapter: Lost City

It turns out that the poker card belongs to one of the six people in the room. Everyone has a card in hand, but only the one who knows all of the cards will win the prize money. The narrator tells us that he heard about another person being killed last night. When the strange man was gone, the watcher found the victim. The watcher saw a bloody scar on the victim's wrist. He also saw a piece of paper on the dead man's body. The officers are at the scene, but the narrator doesn't know if they're there to arrest the murderer or not. He says that he'd rather die than live with the 10,000 taels he's going to get from the murderer. He adds that the pattern of murdering people in such a short period of time is a bad idea. He's afraid that if you don' t avoid the murderer, you'll die too. The time traveler's card has also been found in the box, along with a shirt belonging to the murderer's friend, who's also missing.
