When the police officers arrive at the scene of the crime, they are greeted by a "babbling li," or "boss" , who tells them that he has come to help solve a murder case. When the boss asks if he is better than him, the babbling li replies that he is no better than the boss. The boss then asks if the girl he knew at the crime 18 years ago is still alive, and the girl tells him that she has just met a "old friend" and wants to talk to him. When she asks the boss if he wants to take her statement, the boss tells her that she should just "bully me." The boss also tells the girl that the police are "mean" and that they will "localize" the case
