The Flower Shop Prince has not come to say goodbye to Little Em'ly. He has been hurt in the rain, and the rain has made it impossible for him to come. Mr. Lorry, the shop owner, tries to find a place to shelter the Prince, but the rain is so heavy that it will not fit in a tent. He tells the Prince to take a bat to help him out of the rain.
