The narrator tells us that he's still madly in love with Milady. He's made a special Mother's Day gift for Milady, and he'd like to take her to visit her mother. Milady's not into flowers, and she doesn't seem to care about Milady at all. The narrator says that Milady is a "real pain in the asses" , and Milady needs to "cherish what time she has left with her mother as well" .
