About This Chapter
The next morning, Fang is still in the dormitory, but he is unable to sleep because of the vampire attack. He wakes up to find that his blood has turned black again. He asks why his blood veins turned black, and the doctor explains that Fang inherited a gene that can make people lose themselves. Fang blames himself for letting his son get into the vampire game, and he blames his mother for letting him get into it. He tells Fang to go back to his room and rest, because he will have to perform well in the combat to get the chance to play the game again. Fang is so upset that he asks his father to lend him the dagger that he is carrying.
