In this short scene, we learn that the master of the academy is still very much in love with his fiancee, and that he is determined to win her back. He tells her that he will kill her if she tries to harm him, but that she will not be able to do so without his order. He also tells her to stay away from him, because he is her own. He then tells her about how many other vampires have been allowed to stay at the academy, and how they are allowed to continue their studies even if they are not allowed to return to the vampire world. The master tells her not to worry, as he will take care of her. When the master asks why she still hates him so much, she says that he has been the one who protected her on so many occasions, and she will tell him when he is dead. She then tells him about the disappearance of Lu's fiancee, who was supposed to be holding an engagement ceremony on the night that she made the scene
