In this chapter, we are introduced to a new character named Lin-Mei-Tung, who is a member of the eight-ministry suicide squad. He explains that he has come to the world because he was taught how to kill animals by his grandfather, who was the founder of the Buddhist religion. He is amazed to learn that the suicide squad has a very strong person, and that they have sent out soldiers to kill him. He also learns that the university president has written a book criticizing the eight ministries, which explains that they are not worthy of being the enemy of the university. He tells the story of how he killed the soldiers back in the day, and how he is now using his newfound strength to kill the enemy soldiers. He says that the crystal ore he brought with him when he first arrived in the world is imbued with mystical power, and he uses it to make a blade of armor.
