In this chapter, yuntiankong describes the different styles of the various linmemes. He compares them to each other in terms of speed, explosive power, and "brutal force" . He wonders how he can be so fast, and wonders what kind of "godly entity" he is. The only thing he needs to do in order to survive is to obey the orders of his dorm master. He explains that he is not here to fight, but to discuss who is the "boss" in his dorm. He says that everyone in the camp has committed a "capital offense" by killing each other, and that the four of them are likely "cold-blooded murderers." He introduces himself as "yellow," and says that he and his friends are called the "rainbow squad" because they are from a different race than the rest of the camp. They have no choice, he says, since they are not content with the way things are going, and since he intervened, they have no other way to see him as their boss. They will listen to his orders, and he will be the boss of Room 24 before the battle begins. He is not interested in becoming the boss, he explains, because he wants to compete on something other than speed. He wants to be the leader of a team that can defeat the enemy.
