In this short scene, Hirokazu's lover, pant, is overcome with love for his rival. He tells his lover to brace himself because he's about to be swept away by his rival's "smack" of his tongue. He wants pant to "squeal it good" so that he can feel the "weird squelch squelch" of the man's tongue. When he does, pant says, it's so good that he doesn't even notice how hard it is. He just wants to touch him a bit to make him feel better. He's not sure how to do it, but pant says he'll do it anyway.
