The narrator introduces us to a new character. He introduces himself as "Matsui from southern films" . He tells us that he's just returned from the U.S. and that he and his business partner are in the process of setting up a business partnership with a company owned by the president of the company. He says that the president doesn't know about it yet, but he'll be happy to hear about it when the business is up and running. He also says that his company is going to open a branch in the United States soon, and that his boss will have to come along with him to help set up the business.
