In this chapter, we learn that the next time we see Cai Zhen, he's in the middle of a conference. He's on his way to Hong Kong, where he'll be taking care of his dog, Bo Mei, for five days. He asks Cai Zhen to help him take care of the dog, but Cai Zhen doesn't want to take any of his time away from his dog. He tells Cai Zhen that he can't go back until nighttime, so Cai Zhen has to go hug him. Cai Zhen tells him to stay home and not talk about his dog too much, because the conference will be over in a few days, and Cai Zhen will be back in Hong Kong in a couple of days. In the meantime, Cai Zhen is busy preparing for the filming of a new show. He warns Cai Zhen not to get too close to the stage, because it's a game, and each person will take a different position on the stage. He says that the first person to get to the top of the stage will win, and that the second person will have to wait for the crowd to spit on them. He also warns Cai Zhe to be careful with the crowd, because they'll spit on him if he tries to get close to them, and they're going to drown if he gets too close. In other words, the crowd is going to spit at Cai Zhen for pushing his wife down, which Cai Zhen won't believe. He calls Cai Zhen's followers "clack" and "bus ling" , and tells them to sit down and apologize.
