The narrator arrives at the house of Zhengzhou , where Zhengzhou's mother is staying. He tells Zhengzhou that he wants to ask his mother to tutor Zhengzhou. Zhengzhou says that his mother can't be too far away from school, so he can have her tutor at his home. The narrator asks Zhengzhou why he needs a tutor, and Zhengzhou tells him that he's weak in one subject, literature, but his mother teaches chemistry. The two exchange a few words, and then Zhengzhou leaves.
