Dr. Soren's still in the hospital, and he's not sure if he'll be able to get a kiss from the new guy. He's worried that he won't get a chance to kiss him, though. He wants to know if there's any way he can get a pre-exposure prophylaxis , which basically means that if he comes in contact with someone who's got hiv, he should take precautions to prevent the spread of the disease. He doesn't know how to do this, though, so he wants to make sure that he gets a kiss before he leaves the hospital.
