In this short scene, Ren tells his lover that he is afraid that he can become addicted to his hands. He tells Ren to stop smoking, stop drinking, and stop taking care of his sister. He also tells Ren that he must leave the hospital on November 11th to go on a tour with a group of musicians. Ren says that he will not give Ren a present as a thank you for his kind words. He says that Ren is his only friend and that he has been hard-pressed to take care of Ren's sister
