The narrator tells us that there's a secret hospital at the headquarters of austin. It's supposed to be a place where all the doctors are trained, and where they're kept safe. The narrator also tells us about the surveillance system that's connected to the back porch of the house where the secret hospital is located. He says it's set up so that when someone opens the front door, they'll be able to see what's happening in the secret room. He doesn't know what happened to Delia, but he does know that she was taken away in the middle of the night.
