Alice wakes up to find out what's going on with Cara. She's laughing at her, and she's not sure if she wants to die or not. She asks her husband if he wants her to die, and he says he doesn't want her to. He tells her to leave, and then he tells her that he's killing her soon. He says he'll send someone to take care of her. Cara is all, "I'm pregnant, I'm glad you're pregnant, but this baby's coming at a really bad time" . She tells him to gnash his teeth and then she tells him that he should just go ahead and have sex with his son instead of having to give birth to a baby that's his daughter's fault. He's all "I don't care what you think, I just want my son to grow up and be a good person." Cara tells him not to worry, because she'll take good care of the baby.
