In this chapter, we learn that the masked bride is Mrs. Delia, and the disguised bride is Miss Ada. We learn that Mrs. Ada's father has died, and that her husband, Mr. Mills, is now dead. Mrs. Mills has remarried, and she and her husband are now living together in the same house. They are now married, and they are both very happy.
