In the ruins of the northern city of Rebekah, Mina and Ihema find a huge door that has been opened. Mina wants to know if there's anything there that's important. Mina says it's probably a holy relic, but she doesn't know if it'll end up like a chrysalis . Mina asks if there are any frame disease sufferers in the region, and Mina says there aren't. Mina tells her sister that she hates her, and that she hasn't had any abilities emerge in her for fourteen days. Mina tries to get her to stop talking about the holy relic. She tells Mina that she's too happy to talk about it, but Mina says she brought it back because she wanted to kill the emperor. They're not going to go to the city for sightseeing, they're just disguised as ordinary people, and they don't want to get in the way of the Emperor's assassination. Mina and Mina discuss what's going on in the city, and she says they've seen a lot of frame disease patients over the past few days, and half the people are suffering from the disease at once.
