First, he asks how long it's been since he left the "core world" , the part of the universe that's governed by the central government. The central government, he says, doesn't have the power to open the door to the "mega structure" . He wants to know why he traveled so far to come to this place, when there's nothing he can do to stop the re-birth of the emperor. koff asks if he can eat meat, which is one of his favorite things to eat, but he can't because he has a "technology leakage prevention function" that prevents him from doing so. Finally, he tells the gang to use their remaining good to make clothes for themselves.
