About This Chapter
Enigumo explains that he has invented several methods of measuring the kokondetsu affinity of people. He says that one of the methods is that of a "wizard" for every thousand people in the world. He is not scared of the system, and says that he is not afraid of it. He asks if he can use a third grader to measure the affinity of a person. The third grader can measure the person's interests, likes, dislikes, and personality. He believes that people's affinities can have an effect on their interests and likes and dislikes. He adds that people tend to care more about a fault than they do about themselves. The coins are falling at the exact same time, and the coins are turning into the moon. He explains that the compass is the key to understanding one's own capabilities.
