In this chapter, we learn that the two lovebirds are still in love, and that they are planning to get back inside each other's bodies. In order to do this, the two of them have to destroy the "inner jindan" , which is the key to the dungeon, and kill the other. This is the only way to do it, because if the two are killed, they will not be able to live either.
