Llewelyn's memory of Du Jour flows into his heart, and he confesses that he has loved him since the first time he saw him. He wants to be more like his brother, but wishes to be a member of the Asura clan, so that he can choose his own gender when he grows up. If he marries a woman from his clan, he says, he will be able to alleviate the war. He says that he even wanted to marry du Jour earlier, when he was talking about him back then, but he was too stupid to do it now. He tells us that he's been practicing the "ruthless technique" all along, but now that he is in love, he can't stop practicing it.
