Miyuki and Hayashi sensei talk about the ghosts, and Miyuki tells Hayashi that he's on his way to the hospital. Miyuki says that he doesn't know why Hayashi didn't help him, but he does know that Miyuki is in the mountains looking for Hayashi and his friends. He tells Miyuki to wait for him at the hospital so that he can explain everything to Hayashi's mother without mentioning the ghosts.
