Hiroto and the other girls head back to the castle, but not before they realize that there is only one person in the castle that they can count on to save them: Sota. Sota tells the girls that they must cut off her head again in order to save the rest of the group. Hiroto wants to go with the others, but he doesn't want to cut off his own head before dawn. He says that he'll protect them, and they'll all come back together.
