In this chapter, we learn more about the family's relationship with fujimoto and his relationship with his older brother, ryuhei. We also learn that the family has been living with them for about four years, and that the younger brother, kun, has lived with them since he was about twelve years old. The family is shocked to learn that ryuhei's birthday is on the same day as kun's, and they are worried that they have some kind of "nerve" coming into the house.
